Collaborated with Animatoin Director Sukikara Makiko.
There are a variety of "blue" in Kenji Miyazawa's works.
He expressed "blue" in mineral, nature scenes, chemical phenomena etc.
His "blue" has clearly silence and bright.
I feel loneliness and fear from his works.
On the other hand, it has something for us to find what a wonderful world.
People in the early 20th century lived in poverty by several earthquake disaster and famine.
Kenji worked hard in agriculture for their life and said the words for human mind.
In 2010, I've started making the animation work 《Wild Pear》.
Kenji Miyazawa's 《Wild Pear》reminds me of the world that I felt in my childhood.
Growing up, we could no longer see the tiny precious things.
I hope that the audience feel the value and the beauty of those by my animation.
I never change my mind after the huge disaster in March 2011.

This year, GFF is celebrating its 40th anniversary. GFF is very Historical festival that once F.Truffaut, W.Wenders etc. have joined.
Our Film is elected to Element+3. Uno, Due, Tre! A Projector starts rolling by Children's countdown.

When you pass a unknown road for the first time,
you feel sudden fear and want to turn back.
But if you keep walking forward ahead,
Wonderful things wait surely on the tip of the road.
“Walkin' on snow grass” is a story of adventure that Dormouse experiences various events when going along Rabbit's footprint on the snow.
Having curiosity is important key to open the new world.

"LUNATIC" Synopsis : From ancient times, the human beings has watched the Moon and has imagined many many stories.
Especially, the legend that there are animals on the moon has to be handed from generation to generation.
It is cause that the man has a common feeling by birth that we feel the presence of life on the moon.
Otherwise, the people impresses the moon with some negative images.
In fact, we know the phenomenon that it happened murder or someting accidents on a night with a full moon.
It is needless to say the reason, lunatic means crazy.
“LUNATIC” has two characteristics.
One is SF ; “LUNATIC” story is about Animals what inhabit the Moon after they moved from the Earth.
One is myth ; Animals metamorphoses to trees by the moon beam.
